El pasado fin de semana, Lake Placid MTB 2025 (Nueva York) volvió a ser el epicentro del ciclismo de montaña con la más reciente parada del WHOOP UCI Mountain Bike World Series 2025.
Con pruebas de Short Track (XCC), Cross-Country Olímpico (XCO) y Downhill (DHI), el evento reunió a los mejores riders del mundo y marcó presencia histórica para Puerto Rico, con la participación del atleta Georwill Pérez Román.

Las competencias se llevaron a cabo entre el 3 y el 5 de octubre de 2025 en la región olímpica de Mt. Van Hoevenberg y Whiteface Mountain, bajo un clima soleado que permitió un espectáculo de velocidad, técnica y adrenalina.
